During 2012 InterAdria SC d.o.o. introduced a quality management system in accordance with the international requirements ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Sistem (HRN EN ISO 9001:2009). One of the basic requirements of ISO 9001:2008 is the need for ongoing training and professional development in relation to the quality management systems. For the continuous improvement and further maintenance of the system it is important to have a trained and certified internal auditors who perform internal audit in their own organization. Further training and development of human resources is a logical continuation in this direction which has been recognized by InterAdria SC. On 13 and 14 December 2012, in Auto Hrvatska, sales & service center and MAN Importer Hrvatska in Hrvatski Leskovac a training for internal auditors ISO 9001:2008 took place. Among the participants there was also the representative of Interadria responsible for the quality management system, Mrs. Izabela Lelek Purić. The training was organized by Croatian Registry of Shipping based on their own experience in implementation and supervision of the quality management system. The training was lead by the Zagreb office manager, Mr. Frano Krstinić. The goal was to transmit theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the attendants, and to train them to perform internal audits within their organizations independently. The attendants thereby acquired theoretical and practical experience for internal audit, discrepancy detection, reporting and recommendations for corrective actions. High level internal audits are inevitable for fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, as well as for the following supervision of an independent auditing organization in order to improve and furhter develop the quality management system in our organization.
